Usage of the application is only allowed via official software clients
provided by the website "entitycashtrack.com" and other affiliated sources.
Directly calling the Application Program Interface (API) of our online resources
is prohibited and suspected usage can be sanctioned, see the sanctions section.
Knowingly using available resources to exploit or abuse the system for malicious
gain is also subject to sanctions
Rate limits are put in place to prevent abuse and excessive load on our resources.
Bug reports can be filed by email at our support address
(see the support section).
We will do our best to fix bugs and vulnerabilities based on their evaluated risk to the system.
While we do not have an official bug bounty program, we are open to independent
reports to help us resolve vulnerabilities. No monetary gain is guaranteed if a bug is found.
We offer basic support to our subscribers in the free and paid tier.
There is no exact number of hours included in basic support.
However, if the user starts to require continuous assistance
a paid support add-on may be necessary.
Paid support pricing and terms will be agreed upon in a contract
between the subscriber and Multidimension.

The application does its best ensure that all systems operate correctly.

some or all systems may fail without warning.
CashTrack does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Our developers and staff work tirelessly to ensure the application is available to all subscribers.
Multidimension cannot be held accountable for downtime on any its systems.
Important data such as bills and client information is backed up to various sources
in the event of a disaster. Even if a system is offline the user can open a support ticket

The results of unclear side-effects of a user interface action are considered user error.
Security is paramount to any application. As such we take preventive measures
to ensure your data is secure.
User-entered secrets are encrypted using a unique key per-organization

The subscriber is however intended to produce API keys and other secrets
that have restrictions on them as to not compromise their third-party
services such as Stripe from malicious use in the event of a data breach.

No user generated data is shared or sold to third parties.
